1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. and European public holidays).
- Daily Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destination & Delivery Time (United States)
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 7–15 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–18 business days (including processing and transit).
Note: Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
Getaurafits offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees or additional surcharges.

4. Tracking & Delivery
- Once shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
